O.K., here I am up at 4:30 in the A.M....might as well add a tiny bit to my Thread as I weave in and out of sanity and sleep. Hmmmm. How about an image of something I have been working on when I should be doing other things, like writing directions!!!? This is waaay funner.

Promises of a Quilter

I am honestly trying to be good. I promised I would post more images of my samples that I made for Timeless Treasures. So, voila, here is a Quilt in a Cup as well as a Quilt on a Rack, both conveniently made using my new fabrics from Timeless Treasures. Aren't you impressed? Even if you are not, just say, "Yes," and you, too, can become one of my BFF's. The rewards are endless. ;-)

Quilts are calling...

So many quilting projects are calling....I think they must have the wrong number ! Argh.

The List of quilting projects just keeps growing. Uh-oh. I think we have already discussed, numerous times, the problems with items on "the List." Let's don't even go there. I need deadlines. Yeah, that's it.
It seems that stress is the power behind my heart beating, behind my breathing, my motivator. The things I can accomplish with a deadline.

Right now I need a deadline for this cold to end. I have been coughing for days. It feels like I am going to tear something loose inside. At this point it would be an improvement.

You can see that I have been working on new designs. Hmm, anyone out there see a connection here? New designs? NOT QUILTING??????? duh. This baby is called, "Make a Roux"

Quilters Beware

I am giving fair warning. Someone out there is about to publish a picture of me. I hate pictures of me. Anyone who says, "Oh, that is such a terrific picture of you. It looks just like you," is, officially, no longer my friend. My friends say, "Dianne, that does not even look like you. You are sooo much prettier in person. " BFF. (of course, that could also stand for "Big Fat Fibber," but I don't care!!!!)

As soon as the picture is published, I will place a link on this blog and then find out who my BFF's really are. You know who you are. You do not have to have even seen me in real person. Not if you are really my BFF.

What do Quilters Want?

I guess I have no idea what anyone wants. I was so excited about my latest offerings to Timeless Treasures. I must have submitted at least 30 different designs and they do not like any of them. As soon as I peel myself off the floor, I will add more of the rejects to this blog for all to see and share in my humiliation. I am definitely humbled. beyond bummed out.

New Quilt Fabric

Believe it or not, I finally got one of the images of one of my fabrics to look halfway decent and a even managed to get it to the "publish" stage. Voila!!!!! Don't, however, count on the rest of the fabrics until the weekend. I am really not good at this....

Can computers get too full? At the very least I think mine needs an alka-seltzer...a really good burp would probably help. It takes forever for anything to work these days. Again, where-0-where is my hubby?
