Quilters on the Road, Again

Here we go, again.  We are off and running, well, driving, to Novi, Michigan, for American Sewing Expo and then immediately on to Des Moines for the AQS show.  This will be a busy time.  I am teaching two classes and really looking forward to it. We have been packaging, packing (yes, those are two different things) and cutting, and,...whatever.  I trick myself into thinking I am leaving this water damage mess and chaos behind, then, I remember the setting up, manning the booth, teaching the classes, taking down, driving to the next show, then ,Repeat. Who am I kidding?  I live in chaos. Yikes, I just remembered, I have not packed my clothes.  Teaching "au natural" might not go over very well, ya think????

I hope to see some of you there.  Please stop by and introduce yourselves.  Of course, I might have met you before, but, I have nada for a memory bank, so.....please be forgiving.  Oh, we are introducing a new product, surprise surprise -- it is a mini-clipboard.  Cute, if I do say so, myself.

(Oh, dare I forget to add:  remember THE book, Scrap-O-Lator,  heh heh)

  1. I would like to say what a pleasure it was to see you today at the Sew Expo in Novi, MI and what a great time we had talking with your daughter. I see from your profile we have more than the love of fabric in common. Joy Luck Club is one of my favs and movies, I'm addicted (along with fabric I collect them too).

I can not wait for your book to come out but I would like to know if you would be so kind as to autograph my copy when I purchase it. It would really mean a lot to me. I understand if you can't, I'm sure you get a lot of requests like this but I appreciate your consideration!

Have a great evening and extreme success in Des Moines, IA!!
